Terms of Service

These terms apply to the PS Pest Control Sdn Bhd business system (the “System”), an internal tool for PS Pest Control Sdn Bhd’s staff, technicians and other people we invite. By signing in you agree to them.

• Access is by invitation from PS Pest Control Sdn Bhd only. Signing in with a Google account that has not been invited is refused.
• Your account is personal. Do not share your sign-in or let others use the System through your account.
• What you can see and do depends on the role and access we give you, and we can change or remove it at any time.

When using the System you agree to:

• use it only for your work for the company;
• enter information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
• keep customer and company information confidential and not copy it out of the System except for work;
• not try to get around access controls, reach data you have not been given access to, or disrupt the System.

Business records in the System belong to PS Pest Control Sdn Bhd. How personal information is handled is set out in our Privacy Policy.

We aim to keep the System available and working correctly, but it is provided “as is”. It may be unavailable at times for maintenance or because of problems outside our control.

We may suspend or end your access at any time, for example when you leave the company or if these terms are broken.

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the System means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
